1. General Information
1.1 These Terms apply to the sale of all goods from our website, including standard and bespoke (made-to-order) items.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
1.3 Nearly all of the goods we sell are perishable and ordinarily baked and decorated to order, The stock levels shown are the capacity to bake in any given 7 day period & should not be taken as indicative of held or off the shelf stock. All goods are bespoke unless otherwise stated in the product description.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
2.1 When you place an order, you agree to purchase the goods subject to these Terms.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance. We will confirm acceptance via email.
2.3 If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are in GBP (£).
3.2 Payment must be made at the time of order using accepted payment methods on our website.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will inform you if an issue arises.
4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day [cooling off period] right to cancel standard (non-bespoke) goods.
5.2 To cancel, notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the goods unused and in original packaging within 14 days (non-bespoke goods only).
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods
6.1 Orders for bespoke or made-to-order goods cannot be canceled once production has started.
6.2 Returns and refunds are not available for bespoke goods unless faulty.
6.3 If a bespoke item is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with consumer protection laws.
7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
7.1 You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
7.2 Contact us as soon as possible if you receive faulty goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
